Can you switch servers swtor

So, after the incredibly long download time of the game i rushed to create my first character on a europe server but the language was french i only realised this after going to voss. Is there a way to change the server my character is saved on? Showing 1 - 7 of 7 comments.

If I have invested all this time into a character only to find out a friend is on another server, why should I have to go through it all again to play with a friend? Jerqa I transferred a character a few days back and it was still 90cc. I'm not sure how long they will be keeping them at this price but I like it. It would be nice if we could server hop like we can over in Rift, but Rift was designed with that in mind.
