I have bought an x clamp kit off fleabay which is basically a bunch of bolts and washers All the washers i have been sent are steel there are no nylon ones - does this matter. Also, the screws are not pan head, and the instructions say i just hand tighten them - trying to tighten them any other way would be tricky i feel. I would have hoped that as i bought it as a kit then everything should be ok, but i just wanted to check with some people who may have already done this a few times.
